  • Europe: 5–12 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–14 business days

Please note that shipping costs are included as part of the overall service and are non-refundable, including in cases of returns.

4. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Any external factors beyond our control

Delays in delivery do not qualify for refunds.

If an incorrect address is provided:
